Terms of Service

1. The service

Garmints is a software service that turns product photos into AI-generated, on-model photoshoot images, product listings, and a hosted online storefront for garment sellers. Access is provided on a credit and monthly-subscription basis.

2. Your account

You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
• upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or circumvent the security of the service;
• resell, duplicate, or exploit any part of the service without our written permission.

4. Credits, plans, and pricing

Photoshoots are paid for using plan quota (from a monthly subscription) or top-up credits. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Your content and outputs

You retain ownership of the product images and information you upload. You grant us a licence to process that content to generate outputs and operate your storefront. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the images you upload and to the products you list and sell.

6. Intellectual property

The Garmints platform, software, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. Except for the content you upload and the outputs generated for you, nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our intellectual property.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for image generation, messaging, hosting, and payments (including Cashfree Payments). Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service and all AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getovity Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Amounts due up to the date of termination remain payable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
